  • 1 lb smoked sausage (sliced)

  • 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
  • 3 boiled eggs (optional)

Seasonings & Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

1. Prep the Ingredients:

  • Rinse the seafood and pat dry.
  • Boil the potatoes and corn for 8-10 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Boil eggs separately, peel, and set aside.

2. Season the Seafood & Vegetables:

  • In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, crab, sausage, potatoes, and corn.
  • Add Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, lemon pepper, paprika, and black pepper. Toss well.

3. Assemble the Seafood Boil Bag:

  • Place all ingredients into a heavy-duty oven-safe bag or foil packet.
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice, then pour over the seafood.
  • Seal the bag tightly to lock in flavors.

4. Cook the Seafood Boil Bag:

  • Boiling Method: Place the sealed bag in a large pot of boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
