Made with tender chicken, juicy grapes, crunchy almonds, and a creamy dressing, this homemade version is even fresher and more flavorful than the original.   • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie or baked)
  • ½ cup red seedless grapes, halved
  • ⅓ cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • ¼ cup diced celery

Creamy Dressing:

 

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise (or half Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary, crushed
  • ¼ tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Ingredients:

  • Dice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Halve the grapes, dice the celery, and toast the almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

2️⃣ Make the Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, apple cider vinegar, mustard, onion powder, rosemary, basil, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Combine Everything:

  • In a large bowl, mix the chicken, grapes, celery, and toasted almonds.
  • Pour the dressing over the top and gently stir until evenly coated.
