  • 1 ½ cups shredded coconut

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cream Butter & Sugars: Beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3️⃣ Add Eggs & Vanilla: Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
4️⃣ Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients.
5️⃣ Fold in Mix-Ins: Stir in shredded coconut and toasted pecans.
