- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for grilling)
- ½ cup soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water (for slurry)
