- 2 cups mixed vegetables (spinach, peas, carrots)
- 1 cup seafood (shrimp or white fish)
- 2 sachets unflavored gelatin
- 1 clove garlic (optional, boosts immunity)
- ½ cup fish vitamins or spirulina (optional)
- Prepare the Vegetables – Steam or blanch the vegetables until soft.
- Blend the Ingredients – Add vegetables, seafood, and garlic to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Prepare Gelatin – Dissolve gelatin in hot water (follow packet instructions).
- Mix & Set – Stir the blended mixture into the gelatin. Pour into ice cube trays.
- Freeze – Let the mixture freeze completely before use.
